02Our Services
Velvet Steel Barbershop provides an informational website describing our services, team, and location; an online appointment booking platform for registered users to schedule and manage reservations; and a customer account system for tracking booking history and loyalty points. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
03User Accounts
To make a booking, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. Do not create multiple accounts, share your account, or use another person's account without permission.
04Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us. We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in restrictions on future bookings. Prices displayed on the website are indicative and the final price is confirmed at the time of your appointment. All fees are collected in person at the shop.
05Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload harmful, defamatory, or illegal content; impersonate any person; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; use bots or scrapers to extract data; submit false or spam reviews or bookings; or engage in activity that disrupts the normal operation of the site. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
06Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Velvet Steel Barbershop and protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our written consent. By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on our website and marketing materials.

The site and Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or ₱1,000.00, whichever is greater.
